HanOcci Mining Advisors Inc. was established in 2009 to provide an independent professional
financial advisory service to clients involved in the minerals industry. Principal services include
financing plans, business valuations, financial modeling and analysis, strategic counseling,
mining equity research, professional development seminars in project evaluation, and due
diligence.

Dr. Doggett is a Mineral Economist and Geologist. He has taught professional development
courses in project evaluation to more than 1200 industry participants in more than a dozen
countries over the past 15 years. He has provided mineral-economics related consulting activity
to a variety of small and large mining organizations.

Mr. Durose is a professional geoscientist (P.Geo.) registered in the Province of Ontario. He is
formally trained in Environmental Engineering, Mineral Economics, and Geology. He has
significant experience in the capital markets and mining sectors, and has developed detailed
proprietary operating and financial models for evaluating mining-related investments.
